Tres Leches Sponge Cake

Featured here is our Tres Leches Sponge Cake, a traditional South American delicacy. A super moist vanilla sponge cake, baked to perfection, and then soaked in a trio of milks, creating an incredibly delicious, light and creamy dessert. Decorated with torched meringue and garnished with fresh edible flowers, this cake is suitable for any type of event.

All our Cakes are beautifully created with an artisan touch.

Ingredients: plain flour, baking powder, salt, egg, caster sugar, whole milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla, cream, cinnamon, icing sugar.

Serving size: 8" serves 8-10 or 25 bites size. Best eaten the same day, keep refrigerated and consume within two days.
