Passed by and saw its winter promotion cinnamon honey latte and decided to give it a try. Pricey for a small coffee, cinnamon and honey taste wasn't strong. Looks like a lovely environment for chats, aimed at business clientele
Went to Fossix for a client meeting and ordered two coffees for about $11.00. I used the QR code to order. When I received the receipt, I was charged $0.68 in platform fees and $0.75 for tips. Maybe these fees are stated somewhere in the app conditions , however the QR ordering system already provides a cost saving for establishments as it means less staff (which is noticeable). A “forced” tip is not appropriate in my opinion. I often tip for service, which I am usually happy to do. However I believe it is my choice. There maybe a way to opt out of the tip but to be honest, when you have a meeting with someone you can’t spend time reading the fine print. This was quite disappointing and with a number of coffee shops in the area, Fossix won’t be on my list going forward.
Coffee and breaky wrap are great but the chocolate croissant is very dry and not fresh.

Super nice view, I had chance to have morning coffee here and enjoy beautiful view of this coffee at Gateway Tower. I had Prana Chai Latte and Chia Pudding, which were pretty good. It closes to Circular Quay train station and located inside a breathtaking business building.
We ordered the rainbow cake with special request for m&m’s inside and it turned out so well! The cake was beautiful and it tasted amazing. I’d also like to thank the fossix team for being incredibly friendly and patient with our requests.
